I recommend 5/5. Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. We were going to save the top layer in the freezer and eat it a year later but we decided not to, it was too delicious. We ate a little piece at a time until there was none left by the end of our honeymoon.

Asked for similar style they promote on their google page a couple days before order pickup. The business communicated with me to get my order right. Chocolate cake part is moist and not dry at all. The icing is buttercream, very good. 100/10. Service and treat is worth it!

Ordered as an addition to my delivery food and I was so happy I did! Pink Champagne cupcake is amazing. The cupcake is light and fluffy and the whipped cream frosting is not too sweet. Didn’t care for the lemon cupcake as the frosting was very sweet. Doggos loved their pupcake!

I ordered an over-the-top unicorn carousel cake for my sister's baby shower. In addition to the ambitious design, I wanted it 100% vegan. The shop make can make vegan cupcakes and cakes, which I always appreciate! It was ready on time and they called me right away to let me know. It was thoughtfully boxed for easy transport. All the guests thought it was beautiful AND delicious! The design consult was really helpful, too. She was really transparent about what parts were expensive, and helped me adjust the design to fit my budget. Prices were typical for a cake of this type in the area. I would *almost* take off one star, just because the ordering process was such a pain. I tried to place my order with plenty of time to spare (8 weeks in advance) but they were so hard to get a hold of. Because of the complexity of the design, I was asked to meet with the designer. It took SO MANY back and forth emails and calls to finally get me set up to talk to the cake designer. I'm not sure why because they have a portal to schedule an appointment, and they never pointed me to it. The email response time was also really slow. All is well that ends well though and the cake was PERFECT.

The cake was incredible! The service was lacking. We chose Frosted Cakery as our cake vendor because when my husband and I first moved in together we lived in an apartment right behind the Tower District location and we really wanted to incorporate those early days of our relationship into the big day. The cake itself was beautiful and delicious. We chose honey butter and lemon as the flavors and guests loved both! We had so many people taking pictures of the cake which was the perfect combination of our inspiration photo and made for a great backdrop to our sweetheart's table. The customer service was spotty. We had a great cake tasting and we left the appointment confident that they understood our vision. A few days after the final payment was made I checked-in via email to confirm our flavors see if there was any additional questions. I never received a response. My mom called both locations and never was able to talk to someone about our cake. My planner also emailed and called. Finally, our planner go ahold of someone who claimed to have left me several voicemails which was simply untrue. They finally called me and once again claimed they had left voicemails but my call log
